The itinerary begins in the plain of Adri, just at the point where it meets the forest track that links the village of Adri with Biert. To get at this point, take the GIV-5313 road leading to Canet and then continue up until you reach the first houses of Adri and the path to Biert. A hundred yards down of the path there is a bifurcation, and you have to follow the path to the left towards Can Pou. Continue straight on this way until you reach the neighborhood of Foleia. At this point the forest makes a clear sunny place where there is a path painted with small white and yellow marks that leads to the Rocacorba sanctuary. About an hour later, you will find a sign indicating the location of the sanctuary Rocacorba and the path back to Adri by the Collet of Pererols. After visiting the sanctuary, go back to find this path you have to follow down until finding the Collet of Pererols (a crossroads with a large water tank in the middle of the place). Leave behind the turnoff to Biert and continue straight to Canet d'Adri. Pass by the Parragueres fountain in the left of the path and soon after you will arrive at the bifurcation to Can Pou and a few feet after you will reach the exit point.
