Santa Maria de Calders (12th and 18th centuries)
Santa Maria de Calders (12th and 18th centuries)
This church does not figure in documents, but the technique and construction allow us to date it to the 12th century. It was partially renovated in 1770. It is a Romanesque chapel with a nave and a semicircular apse. It opens to the west with a rounded voussoir arch, above which there is the gabled bell tower with two arches. It is home to images of the Mother of God, and Saint Francis and Saint Joseph, as well as a small choir with a stone balustrade.
