Sant Llorenç d’Adri (11th, 12th and 18th centuries)
This parish church was first documented in 1078, but the present building is from the 12th century. Affected by earthquakes in the 15th century it was later rebuilt in several phases that lasted until the 18th century. The original Romanesque building comprises a single nave with semicircular apse, decorated with a dental frieze on the outside. On the west side the door is emphasised by two archivolts and supported by two columns with magnificent capitals sculptured with human heads, birds, a geometric motifs. The later alterations gave the church its present form, with the raising of the nave, the construction of side chapels and the building of a square bell tower over the nave, with a pyramidal roof.
