Remença Festival 2015 - May

The remença festival is a popular festival organized by the Commonwealth of Llémena Valley and the four municipalities of the Valley, with over 100 voluntary people and voluntary social and cultural organizations. 

The festival takes place one of the last Saturday of May and It commemorates the historic events of the riots remences who lived in the Valley Llémena during the Middle Ages among the farmers of these lands and feudal lords. Theater, dances, rural games along with tasting local dishes are the main events of this festival that host people around the valley.
