Puig Moner and Granollers de Rocacorba volcanos
Both volcanoes are located on the crest of the Portelles mountains, at the source of the Granollers de Rocacorba stream. The Puig Moner reaches a height of 830m and is accessed by a track which begins by the side of the church at Granollers de Rocacorba. Out of all the volcanoes in the Vall de Llémena, this is the one that has been most stripped by erosion and there are only a few remains of the materials it produced.
Despite the degraded state of the volcano, we can still observe the presence of volcanic stones in the immediate vicinity of the Sant Miquel de Campmajor stream.
The Granollers de Rocacorba volcano, for its part, is 600m high. It has a horseshoe-shaped crater. Along the whole length of the streams in the area there are different fragmentary remains.
