The house is in a village (Llorà), with a beautiful Romanesque church. In the valley there are numerous Romanesque churches and other locations of interest (volcanoes, mountains views, etc). There are numerous fountains and rivers. The almost entire valley (Valley Llémena) is covered by dense forests of oaks, beech and chestnut trees.

All the village are individual houses and streets are very quiet. The bar-restaurant in town is within 100 meters of the house. Access from junction 6b of the A7 motorway (Montpellier-Barcelona). From this exit, the home is about 10 km to the house (we send the details by e-mail to locate it without problems).
Activities and attractions

This is a homely villa, ready for families with toddlers. It's comfortable, good to enjoy of the spanish sun in a great scenery. The home has tree bedrooms with new forniture, one study, a large receiver, and a garage used for laundry and as store. On the second floor, there is a large dining-living room, with the kitchen. From the balcony you may see most of the property.

The house has a small air conditioner for the dining/living room. In the garden, there is a barbecue, a play sand for children, and trampoline.

The house is also used by the owners as a second home, and therefore is fully equipped. The home has free wifi Internet .
