Sant Julià Chapel (17th century)
Sant Julià Chapel (17th century)
This chapel is located roughly 500m south if the Santa Maria de Granollers church in the fields. The building is a nave without a distinct apse, possibly built in its current form in the 17th century. The façade has a door with a voussoir arch, a bell tower with a gable featuring a single arch and a rather large porch, supported by rectangular pilasters. The interior of the chapel retains some of the furnishings: some 18th century wooden benches; a small altar and altarpiece with the image of Saint Julian, which have suffered considerable damage recently when the roof caved in. The chapel is currently abandoned.
